The VariYoga approach includes a therapeutic understanding of yoga, and intelligently weaves together its various aspects. A clear presentation of optimal body alignment is incorporated to assure safety in the poses, and help to create harmony in the body and mind. VariYoga is the collaborative effort of Andrea Fournet and Bryan Fowler, who meld eclectic backgrounds and have more than twenty-five years combined teaching experience. Influenced by the Traditions of Anusara, Iyengar and Viniyoga, together they created this non-dogmatic teaching approach, dedicated to respecting and helping all people discover the benefits of Hatha Yoga. |
